THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
From excavation to start-up, our team will make sure each phase of your project is executed with the uppermost attention to quality and detail.
DESIGN – COST – BUILD
The first step in our process is to provide you an accurate costing for your project. Whether we did the design or you have outside plans, our estimating team will go through each detail to ensure we are capturing all costs related to your project. Assuming the scope of work and price are agreeable, we will move forward with a formal construction contract.
Building Approval
After we have received an executed contract, our draftsman and engineers will start preparing your construction plans. Once we have all necessary documents for your project, our experienced team of building certifiers will submit all necessary information to the Local Government Agency and/or Referral Agencies for approval. You can expect a weekly update from our staff informing you of the current status of your Building Approval.
MATERIALS
During the building approval process, our in-house material specialists will reach out to begin selecting the finish materials for your project. We encourage all our clients to complete this process prior to the issuance of the building approval to help streamline the construction process when we get started.
CONSTRUCTION
Upon receipt of the permit, our office will reach out to schedule the start of your project. You will have a dedicated project manager that will oversee all aspects of the construction and ensure our high-level of craftsmanship is always maintained. Each custom project has unique circumstances and challenges which your project manager will guide you through. From remodels to bespoke high-end projects, our construction team has done it all.
